Greetings! I lived in Nairobi from 1985-88 and lived in apartments that I was told had been built for EAA pilots. I was just down the street from the Fairview Hotel. Does anyone know this place and can you confirm whether these very cool apartments (loved the built-in bars) and small master bedroom terraces were actually built for EAA and what has been their fate? I'm returning to Nairobi for the first time 1988 and couldn't bear to walk down and see some ugly government building standing in their stead! Thank you in advance. I flew EAA twice back in the day (1975).
