How ironic that when I was at RAF Brize Norton, in the late 60s-early 70s,I serviced these ex-EAA Super VC-10s that the then Govt purchased after the sad demise of what I considered one of the emerging African nations finest airlines(SAA probably first), and in 1971 flew a number of Coldstream Guards for exercises with the then KAR in Kenya on an ex-EAA aircraft !
